Looking for a great meal? There are many restaurants along the wine trail that offer great ambiance, a wide variety of meal options and great customer service.  Whatever style you may be looking for, let these fine restaurants help round out your stay on the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail.

  • Blue Boar Restaurant:  Offering a "Touch of Louisiana in Southern Illinois", the Blue Boar Restaurant and Bar features a fusion of Louisiana Cajun and Great Boars of Fire BBQ that will excite your senses.  More than just great food, this is a great place to meet with friends or find new ones.

  • Cristaudo's:  Supplying southern Illinois with quality, custom catering, home-made cookies, pastries, breads, cakes and more since 1977 Cristaudo's is a great place to grab breakfast before visiting the trail or to enjoy a refreshing lunch made with as many local ingredients as possible. 

  • Giant City Lodge: Located at the heart of Giant City State Park, the lodge was built in the early 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps from native materials.  Truly an impressive establishment, the sandstone walls and hand cut timbers are a site to see.  We serve a wide variety of foods but are perhaps best know for our home-style fried chicken and family style meal that includes all the standards.

  • Hedman's Peach Barn Cafe: Serving authentic Swedish cuisine, made by the winemaker himself, you're sure to enjoy your stay here.  Combining their passion for cooking and winemaking, Anders & Gerd offer a little slice of the European life right here in southern Illinois.

  • Palace Pizzeria:  Get a little uptown in downtown Cobden! Enjoy award-winning pizza, our famous shrimp wraps and a variety of delicious appetizers and sandwiches at the heart of the Wine Trail!

  • Kristofer's at Von JakobWhether you are looking for an intimate dinner for two or a place for a large group to gather and dine, we have just what you have been looking for.  Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings for a delicious dinner located on-site at our winery on Highway 127.

  • Rustle Hill Winery Restaurant A full service restaurant, we are open for lunch and dinner.  Serving a wide variety of options from paninis and pizzas to soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers, there is something for everyone.
