North end of the Shawnee Hills
Wine Trail in the Shawnee Hills American Viticultural Area.
Kite Hill Vineyards Winery and Bed &
Breakfast are situated on twenty-six beautiful acres. Sitting on the
deck of
the winery provides guests with a quiet and relaxing view of
the
lake and vineyards, and is a comfortable spot to share with friends,

Kite
Hill Vineyards produces seven varieties of wine:
Rose' -Semi
Sweet- Refreshingly fruity. This is a definite "sit back on the deck
and relax" type of wine.
Traminette
-Semi Dry White- Mellow flavors of rose petal and melon. Used in Kite
Hill's Traminette Splash.
Chardonel
-Dry White- Refreshing citrus with a hint of pear and a crisp finish.
Cabernet Franc
-Dry Red- Strong cherry and vanilla flavors. This wine offers an
entirely different experience when served chilled.
Chancellor
-Dry Red- A glass of berries with raspberry up front.
Chambourcin
-Dry Red- Rich plum, cherry and dark chocolate, with a touch of tobacco
and a silky finish.
Proud Port
-Limited Edition- Filled with flavors of nuts, plums, raisins,
chocolate and a hint of orange zest. Aged in oak barrels.
