Illinois Ozarks. Owners, Dr. Paul and Rhoda Jacobs have planted
their ideal grape-growing ground and have incorporated the winery
buildings around their family's Tudor home to give a warm, welcome

Just
taste our award-winning wines. We've received medals in national
and international competitions. We have wines for all meals
and occasions; dry to sweet, red to white. Unique to Von Jakob
is our Honey Blush wine. We also produced the first White
Port in the state, which has been a multiple medal winner
at various competitions.
Lunch or snacks can be prepared for you by our chef, or feel
free to bring your own picnic lunch. Sit on our deck, take
a walk through the vineyard or to our pond, and enjoy God's
countryside. We know you'll find our vineyard a great place
to have a glass of wine and a plate of cheese, or maybe just
a great place to relax and get away from it all!
